Establishment Aims


Our vision is to;
• Recognise children as individuals and enable them to become successful learners, confident individuals, effective contributors and responsible citizens.
• Provide fun and relevant learning experiences for children indoors and outdoors
• To work in partnership with parent/carers and involve then in their child’s learning
• Provide support to all families
• To respect, trust, value and promote positive relationship between children, parents/carers and staff
• To have motivated, caring and skilled staff to promote high quality service

We aim to carry out our vision by;
• Providing a safe and secure environment
• Providing a well balance and coherence curriculum that meets the needs of all children in line with Curriculum for Excellence and Pre-Birth-3 documents
• Encouraging parent/carers to be actively involved in their child’s learning and the life of the centre
• Continuous staff training
• Working in partnership with outside agencies

Our values are to;
• Ensure all children, parent/carers and staff are treated equally and fairly
• Ensure that all stakeholders are respected and valued
• Ensure everyone has a voice, being listened to and their views and opinions are valued
• Respect the rights of the child
